Core Values

At the heart of our mission, we are guided by a set of core values that reflect our commitment to serving God, His church, and one another. These principles drive our actions and interactions, fostering an environment of love, integrity, and inclusivity. Through these values, we aim to create a supportive and innovative community that honors our faith and strengthens our fellowship.

These are our Core Values.

i. Love: Unwavering love and commitment to the Lord and His church, serving them in the spirit of humility and self-sacrifice.
ii. Integrity: Uphold high standards of honesty, reliability, and act in an ethical manner in everything we do and say.
iii. Accountability: Be accountable to God and man in our work and for the resources committed to us by the church.
iv. Family-focused: Care for each other as a family of God, looking out for each other as brothers’ keepers and good neighbors.
v. Inclusivity: We aim to ensure access to opportunities for everyone. We endeavor to operate in open and honest ways in both our internal and external relationships, developing and delivering flexible approaches that address the needs of all. We involve all stakeholders in matters that affect them in ministry.
vi. Innovation: Encourage new ideas and creative ways of doing things that contribute to enhancing our fellowship and transformation that brings lasting benefits.

Our Beliefs

KAG church emphasizes individuals making a personal commitment to Christ, believers entering into water baptism, placing faith in divine healing, and the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. We also believe in the pre-millennial second coming of Jesus Christ. The Bible is recognized as the inspired Word of God and provides the rule for faith and practice.

These doctrinal statements are the 16 Fundamental Truths.

We Believe…

  • The Bible is inspired by God and declares His design and plan for mankind.
  • There is One True God – revealed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (commonly known as the Trinity).
  • In the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ – As God’s son, Jesus was both human and divine.
  • The Fall of Man ushered in evil and death, both physical and spiritual, into the world.
  • The Salvation of Man – Man’s only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
  • The Ordinances of the Church:
    • Water Baptism by Immersion after repenting of one’s sins and receiving Christ’s gift of salvation.
    • Holy Communion (The Lord’s Supper) as a symbolic remembrance of Christ’s suffering and death for our salvation.
  • The Baptism in the Holy Spirit is for everyone and empowers believers for witnessing and effective service, just as it did in New Testament times.
  • The Initial Physical Evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit is ‘Speaking in Tongues,’ as experienced on the Day of Pentecost and referenced throughout Acts and the Epistles.
  • Sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil, and of dedication unto God.
  • The Church has a mission to seek and save all who are lost in sin.
  • The Ministry – A divinely called and scripturally ordained leadership ministry serves the Church.
  • Divine Healing of the sick is a privilege for Christians today.
  • The Blessed Hope – When Jesus raptures His church prior to His return to earth.
  • The Millennial Reign of Christ – When Jesus returns with His saints to reign on earth for one thousand years.
  • A Final Judgment will take place for those who have rejected Christ.
  • New Heavens and a New Earth – Christ is preparing for all people, of all time, who have accepted Him.
